Hey, just a quick note and request for prayer to my friends...Karla Yoder and I are getting together this weekend to prepare for a workshop that we were asked to hold at Borderland Ladies Retreat in Fort Frances, ON. We're going to be sharing about purity...beauty...modesty - so we're VERY excited about it -- nervous too though, to get two individuals' minds to get together on one topic! Please pray that we would be sensitive to the Spirit - would have soft hearts to know what the girls will need and respond to. Thanks so much!!

ooh! I was really thinking about the retreat in the days prior to and over that time . . . it's the kind of thing that makes me wanna come back for the weekend just to see all those old faces and hang out in that setting again. How did your session go? My mom was telling me how much she enjoyed the main speaker, but other than that I didn't really get many details--yet--maybe i'll get more info next time I talk to her. Anyway, miss you and be sure to stop in at our house any time you're in our area. I MEAN IT!!

guess who Phil & I met at Carabbas the other night?? None other than Bethany H. herself. She was as hostess there and as I was giving her our last name, she looked at me and said that she thinks she's met me before. I thot she meant at the restaurant, but then she said something about Canada and Sioux Lookout. Well, then I really "looked" at her and was like, "Oh, you're Bethany, right?". Weird, but fun, to meet someone from my "past" in Lancaster. =)
